Engineer Sales & Business Development

About the Role

ALUCOR is seeking an Engineer – Sales & Business Development to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence across Saudi Arabia. The position requires a strategic approach to managing the full sales lifecycle, from identifying new leads to securing long-term partnerships with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance market position and profitability.
• Lead company registration and prequalification processes; engage new clients to generate RFQs and tender requests.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and serve as the primary point of contact for commercial targets.
• Manage the follow-up of quotations, lead technical and commercial clarification meetings, and gather feedback to improve bid success rates.
• Deliver presentations showcasing company capabilities and coordinate facility visits or audits for client inspections.
• Proactively track and exceed annual sales targets while mentoring subordinates within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within an engineering or project delivery environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales lifecycle and secure partnerships with major industrial clients.
• Strong understanding of tender processes and proposal management.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits

The full compensation package for this role ranges from SAR 9,000 – 12,000 per month. This includes a company-provided vehicle.
