Inside Sales Engineer

About the Role

Atlas Copco is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focused on contributing to business growth through digital sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Achieve annual digital sales targets and meet or exceed digital sales objectives.
• Qualify, manage, and follow up on leads through the sales pipeline in collaboration with the industrial air sales team.
• Create and maintain opportunities within the CRM system, ensuring accurate sales tracking.
• Support customers with product inquiries and coordinate with Sales Engineers to ensure timely closure of opportunities.
• Handle selected inside sales opportunities for compressors and ancillary equipment.
• Support and host webinars, customer seminars, workshops, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and Product Manager to support lead-generation campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia to conduct proactive outbound sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.
