This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, offering an opportunity to contribute to significant engineering projects within the region.

The Role of an MEP Inspector

The MEP Inspector is responsible for the thorough inspection and monitoring of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction and installation activities. The primary objective of this role is to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable engineering standards, overall project requirements, and Afniah's established quality and supervision procedures.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports effective project delivery through a range of essential duties, which include:

• Conducting systematic inspections of MEP construction and installation works.
• Performing necessary testing to verify the functionality and integrity of MEP systems.
• Preparing detailed technical reports on inspection findings and project progress.
• Verifying the quality of work against specified standards and project documentation.
• Coordinating effectively with site personnel and other project stakeholders.
• Following up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of non-compliance issues.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the MEP Inspector position must demonstrate a strong background in MEP inspection and project supervision. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity is required, showcasing a proven ability to ensure compliance and quality in construction projects.
