Key Responsibilities

The Operations & Pricing Specialist will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing pricing for import and export shipments.
• Overseeing freight forwarding operations to ensure smooth execution of services.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external agents to facilitate shipment movements.
• Managing relationships and communications with outside agents, including JC Trans and WCA.
• Ensuring compliance with customs clearance procedures and managing related documentation.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Proven experience in import and export shipment pricing.
