Role Summary

The Technical Professional -GBA- will provide specialized multi-PSL job design, well support, and post-job analysis to customers in a designated area. This part-time position, located in Al Qatif and Al Khobar, requires 2-5 years of experience and operates under general supervision, focusing on technical expertise and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specific multi-PSL job design, well support, and post-job analysis to customers in a designated area under general supervision.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with the technical customer base.
• Offer highly technical expert support to Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) and Technical Professional (TP) staff.
• Participate in critical jobs where service quality or job complexity may be a concern, as needed.
• Maintain job schedules and liaise with customers on technical issues, including performance reviews and process improvements.
• Collaborate with local Business Development personnel to ensure customers are kept current on technology.
• Initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI) actions pertaining to Technology.
• Mentor Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) within a service center environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant technical professional capacity. The position requires demonstrated technical expertise in multi-PSL operations, strong analytical skills for post-job analysis, and the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams on technical matters.

Work Arrangement and Compensation
