EagleBurgmann, a leading international specialist in industrial sealing technology and part of the global Freudenberg Group, is seeking a DGS Service Engineer. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, serving the Al Khobar and Dammam areas. The company combines innovative technologies and digital solutions to create sophisticated and reliable sealing systems that enhance safety and sustainability across various industries.

Role Purpose

The DGS Service Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation and timely delivery of services within the DGS Center of Competence (CoC). This role involves maintaining facilities and equipment, contributing to operational improvements, and providing essential technical support to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain DGS CoC facilities and equipment, providing recommendations as needed.
• Support the Service Manager in achieving efficient DGS CoC operations and speedy service delivery.
• Propose additional resources, including personnel and equipment, and identify training needs for staff.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the DGS CoC through coordination with service staff.
• Assist the sales department with troubleshooting tasks and execute critical installation jobs at client sites.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for DGS Seals, where applicable.
• Provide technical support to the sales team, including technical presentations and training seminars for both customers and internal staff.
• Manage various ongoing service contracts.
• Collaborate closely with the EB-Service Engineering department to finalize RCA of DGS failures, optimize test cells, and expedite repairs.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and the sales department for clarifications, queries, and recommendations related to the DGS CoC.
• Assist the Service Manager in preparing the monthly DGS CoC Planning & Progress Report.

Required Experience

This role requires a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience in a service engineering capacity, ideally within industrial sealing technology or a closely related field.
