Host / Hostess – Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality or food & beverage industry in a Host/Hostess, Reception, or Guest Relations role.
• Fluent English is mandatory, with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Arabic or any additional language is an advantage.
• Professional appearance with exceptional grooming standards and a welcoming, positive attitude.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a warm first impression and provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Confident in managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, handling waiting lists, and responding to guest inquiries professionally.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and courteous in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
• Must be willing to wear the company uniform and adhere to all company grooming, appearance, and service standards.
