Role Overview

The Leisure Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing all aspects of leisure travel for clients, from initial booking to post-travel support. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a particular focus on leisure travel and airline ticketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle travel bookings and airline ticketing for leisure clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel process.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives related to leisure travel.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, and various customer requests efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and systems.
• Proven excellent sales and customer service skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our branches located in Al Khobar and Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working directly with clients to fulfill their leisure travel needs.
