About Fursan Travel and the Opportunity

Fursan Travel is seeking dedicated Leisure Travel Consultants to join our team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in our branches in Al Khobar and Dammam, and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in the travel sector. We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional service and contribute to our sales objectives.

Role Summary

The Leisure Travel Consultant is responsible for facilitating travel arrangements and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This position involves managing various aspects of leisure travel, from initial booking to post-sales support, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle comprehensive travel bookings and airline ticketing processes.
Deliver excellent customer service and provide ongoing support to travelers.
Work towards achieving established sales targets and business objectives.
Efficiently manage booking changes, cancellations, and various customer requests.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrated knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and systems.
Excellent sales acumen and proven customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience level: 0-1 years in a relevant field.

Branch-Specific Focus

While the core responsibilities remain consistent, candidates will be considered for specific branch needs:

For the Al Khobar branch, a strong understanding of leisure travel and airline ticketing is essential, complemented by excellent customer service and sales capabilities.
For the Dammam branch, a strong understanding of the Bangladeshi market and airline ticketing is required, alongside excellent customer service and sales skills.
