About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Manager, HSE to lead Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives and personnel. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and involves coordinating the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel, supporting business acquisition and execution.

Role Overview

The Manager, HSE is accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within the function. The role involves providing leadership and direction to team members to achieve functional objectives. The Manager will also participate in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and leading Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives and personnel.
• Coordinating the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel.
• Interfacing and negotiating with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors.
• Executing processes that directly impact training, report writing, quality control, plan development, and implementation.
• Incorporating health standards directed by regulatory agencies to prevent hazards and diseases from work sites.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working under general direction and managing a team to achieve departmental goals.
