About B8ak and the Role

B8ak | بيتك is a home-services marketplace connecting customers with trusted service providers across categories such as home cleaning, maintenance, and beauty. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This data-driven role focuses on increasing marketplace bookings and improving marketing efficiency across B8ak’s service categories. The successful candidate will work towards generating profitable bookings, enhancing customer acquisition cost, increasing repeat usage, and maximizing marketing return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Optimize audiences, keywords, bids, budgets, placements, creatives, and landing pages continuously across multiple services, cities, and customer segments.
• Allocate marketing budgets based on performance, service capacity, seasonality, and business priorities.
• Monitor key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, cost per booking, conversion rate, return on ad spend, contribution margin, repeat rate, and customer lifetime value.
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly marketing-performance reports, analyzing data by channel, service, campaign, city, and customer segment.
• Collaborate with operations to align campaigns with available service-provider capacity and support growth across key marketplace categories.
• Develop acquisition and reactivation campaigns for new, inactive, and repeat customers, supporting promotional pricing and loyalty initiatives.
• Work with product and technology teams to ensure accurate tracking across the website, mobile applications, and booking journey.
• Support the implementation and validation of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Firebase.
• Develop structured testing plans for advertisements, offers, audiences, and landing pages, collaborating with designers and content creators for high-performing assets.

Required Competencies and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical ability with a commercial understanding of unit economics.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and service categories effectively.
• Demonstrated capability for fast, disciplined decision-making and structured experimentation.
• Clear communication and reporting skills.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to collaborate closely with marketing, product, technology, finance, and operations teams.

Performance Indicators and Success Factors

The role's performance will be evaluated based on key metrics including customer acquisition cost, cost per completed booking, return on advertising spend, marketing contribution margin, booking conversion rate, new-customer bookings, and repeat-booking performance. Within the first three months, the successful candidate is expected to establish reliable campaign reporting, improve B8ak’s cost per completed booking, create a structured experimentation process, and demonstrate the ability to scale customer acquisition while maintaining marketplace profitability and operational service quality.

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role involves working within a collaborative environment across various internal teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.
