The Opportunity: Personal Trainer (EMS Specialist)

Fast Fit EMS is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer (EMS Specialist) to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to delivering safe, effective, and personalized EMS-based training programs to clients. The Personal Trainer plays a key role in client retention, facilitating transformation outcomes, and upholding overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to understand individual fitness levels and goals.
• Designing and implementing personalized EMS-based training programs tailored to client needs.
• Monitoring and tracking client performance and progress throughout their training journey.
• Motivating and guiding clients to achieve their fitness objectives and maintain engagement.
• Ensuring strict compliance with all health and safety standards during all training sessions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Personal Fitness Trainer.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering EMS training solutions.
• Proven ability to assess clients, design effective programs, and monitor progress.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to motivate and retain clients.
