Innomotics, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Professional Expert for Medium Voltage Drive Systems and High Voltage Motors to join the team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on driving business growth and delivering technical and commercial excellence in complex industrial projects.

Project Management and Bid Execution

• Manage bid and order execution processes for Medium Voltage Drive Systems and High Voltage Motors.
• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including participation in tenders and customer negotiations.
• Coordinate overall project planning, scheduling, and execution, with continuous monitoring of milestones and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to established project management standards, quality guidelines, EHS requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Technical Consulting and Market Development

• Act as a technical and application expert, providing support to the regional sales organization and customers.
• Analyze customer requirements to develop optimal technical and commercial solutions.
• Offer consulting support to Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers during customer engagements.
• Support contract negotiations by providing technical and commercial insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of Medium Voltage Drives and High Voltage Motors across assigned markets.
• Increase market transparency through monitoring industry trends and competitive developments.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and project execution.
• Establish and lead expert teams to support complex project opportunities and consulting initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in Medium Voltage Motors and Drive Systems applications within sales, project management, or business development.
• Experience working in industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water, Metals, Mining, or Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen.
