This full-time role for a Regional Head Supply Chain EMEA is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, and is critical for driving strategic alignment, cultural transformation, and organizational excellence in project delivery across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a participative management style and a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
• Direct the development of all regional supply chain activities, both strategic and operational, taking ownership of the full regional end-to-end supply chain.
• Evaluate risk and create supply chain risk mitigation strategies.
• Aggregate regional demand and proactively collaborate with the global team to maximize sourcing economies of scale.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure vendor and subcontractor performance meets contractual requirements.
• Plan and execute successful workshare scopes through Worley Global Integrated Delivery (GID) locations.
• Ensure regional operations align with global supply chain strategies.
• Deliver measurable supply chain performance metrics to the business and provide subject matter expertise for contractual disputes.
• Monitor and manage annual goals and objectives related to cost, quality, schedule, competitiveness, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure correct utilization of Worley standards for processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 20 years of EPC - full project delivery experience.
• Robust background in capital project procurement, subcontracts, logistics, expediting, supplier inspection, and materials management.
• Sound knowledge of capital project management, commercial and bidding strategies, material management, international operations, risk management, closeout, and supplier performance reviews.
• Experience in supply chain planning and execution to support self-perform fabrication and construction.
• Experience in developing procurement plans and contracting strategies for large, complex projects.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• In-depth knowledge of contractors and suppliers supporting the EPC project delivery industry.
