Senior Leasing Manager Role Overview

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager for a leading real estate developer in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position involves leading and developing the leasing function across various property types, including retail, office, residential, warehouse, and logistics developments. The role reports to the Head of Property & Facility Management and focuses on driving leasing performance and strategy, with a particular emphasis on retail leasing and tenant mix development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies, processes, workflows, and reporting systems.
• Lead retail leasing, tenant mix planning, retailer targeting, and direct engagement with brands and F&B operators.
• Manage leasing activities across office, residential, warehouse, and logistics assets.
• Negotiate commercial lease terms and drive occupancy, rental income, and overall leasing performance.
• Manage external leasing agents and consultants, setting clear KPIs and performance expectations.
• Maintain leasing pipelines, forecasts, and market intelligence, including rental benchmarks and occupancy levels.
• Coordinate with Development, Investment, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Property Management teams.
• Provide leasing input into development planning, unit mix, tenant requirements, and project positioning.
• Build market relationships and develop the internal leasing team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven and results-oriented professional. This role requires strong market relationships, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to establish a structured leasing function while achieving occupancy and commercial targets. Candidates should possess 8-12 years of relevant experience.

Experience and Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in a relevant leasing role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement leasing strategies.
• Proven track record in retail leasing and tenant mix development.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Experience in managing external agents and consultants.
• Ability to build and lead an internal leasing team.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Head of Property & Facility Management, playing a critical role in the property management division of the client organization.
