As a vital member of our organization, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. Your warm greeting and professional demeanor will create a welcoming atmosphere and uphold our company’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Manage scheduling and appointments as needed.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support for all departments.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access (*, monitoring visitor log, issuing visitor badges).
• Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

الدور / الفرصة
تبحث وحدة الأعمال لدينا عن مفتش جودة في قسم الجودة التصنيعية والمخابز في الخرج، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. سيضمن المرشح الناجح تقديم المواصفات الجديدة للتعبئة بشكل فعال عبر المراعي والموردين، من خلال التقييم المناسب ودعم التجارب على مشاريع التغليف الجديدة المحددة. ستعمل أيضًا كرائدة في تطوير التعبئة على مشاريع التعبئة الترويجية.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم أو الهندسة أو التكنولوجيا أو التعبئة
• سنتان (2) من خبرة تقنيات التعبئة، وتطوير التعبئة وتنفيذها في الصناعات الغذائية أو المشروبات أو السريعة الحركة أو الصناعات ذات الصلة
