Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and onboarding new vendors.
• Prepare vendor credit applications and registration documents.
• Manage purchase requests and support purchase order creation.
• Track order status and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain procurement documentation and support data entry in ERP systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve procurement-related issues.
• Assist the Procurement Manager and senior staff with additional tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in procurement or related administrative roles is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ERP and procurement software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Procurement certifications like CPP or CPPM are a plus.

The Role / Opportunity
Our Business Unit is searching for a Quality Inspector in the Divisional Quality- Manufacturing & Bakery department in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure effective introduction of new packaging specifications across Almarai and suppliers, through appropriate evaluation and trials support on specific NPD packaging projects. You will also act as the packaging Development lead on promotional packaging projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, or Packaging
• Two (2) years packaging technology, packing development and implementation experience in food, drink, FMCG or related industries

About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for key projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building talent pipelines, coordinating with project leaders, and ensuring timely onboarding of high-quality candidates to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with project managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned projects including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies tailored to project timelines, industry requirements, and candidate availability.
• Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
• Oversee onboarding processes in coordination with HR and project teams for a smooth transition for new hires.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or contractors as needed.
• Coordinate internal mobility and redeployment of existing staff between projects when possible.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a project-based or high-volume recruitment environment.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple roles across different levels and functions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with a proactive, deadline-driven approach.
• Familiarity with regional labor markets and compliance regulations (if applicable).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in consultancy, engineering, construction, or similar project-based industries.
• Prior recruitment experience in the MENA region or Gulf market (if relevant).
• Ability to scale recruitment quickly to meet project ramp-up needs.
