The Opportunity: Divisional Engineering Manager (Farming)

Almarai is seeking an experienced Divisional Engineering Manager (Farming) to lead the engineering function for its large-scale dairy farming operations in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing the engineering strategy to ensure the reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting milk production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for electrical distribution systems, industrial refrigeration and ammonia plants, water treatment facilities, utilities, generators, and agricultural machinery.
• Oversee engineering projects from planning through execution.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance and reliability.
• Manage engineering budgets and spare parts inventory effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Almarai's Health & Safety standards and international engineering best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex engineering operations, preferably within large-scale agricultural or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to develop and implement engineering strategies.
• Strong background in managing diverse engineering teams and projects.

Work Environment

This position is based in a remote farming environment in Al-Kharj, approximately 100 km southeast of Riyadh. The role operates within one of the world's largest integrated dairy farming operations, offering a specialized agricultural and industrial setting.
