About The Role:This mid-level position involves executing processes, standards, and operational plans in Procurement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out RFQs/RFPs and negotiation preparations.
- Engaging with buyers for purchasing goods, materials, supplies, and services.
- Preparing purchase orders and payment approvals.
- Contacting suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
Requirements:We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong vendor relationship management skills.
- Experience with creating POs through SAP.
Nice to have:- Experience in construction or HVAC.
- Experience with managing subcontractors.
