About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Dairy Technologist (Manufacturing) to join their team in Al-Kharj. This full-time position involves providing technical support and assistance across various aspects of dairy processing and manufacturing operations, including projects, production activities, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Dairy Technologist will contribute to the technical integrity and efficiency of dairy manufacturing processes. This includes active participation in new projects, supporting daily production, and driving innovation and continuous improvement efforts within the dairy technology domain.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance for dairy technology aspects of processing and manufacturing operations.
Participate in various projects related to dairy production and innovation.
Contribute to daily production activities, ensuring technical standards are met.
Support initiatives focused on innovation and continuous improvement within dairy manufacturing.

Qualifications and Experience

Recognized relevant qualification from a Dairy Training Institute (Dairy Technology Graduate).
2-5 years of experience in a similar position within a dairy or food environment.
Extensive knowledge of high-speed packaging machinery and control systems in automated dairy or juice processing plants.
Experience in the production of fresh and UHT products, juice, milk, and cultured milk products.
Proficiency with Automated Process Control systems.
Experience working effectively within a multicultural team.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al-Kharj and involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment that requires collaboration with a multicultural team. The position is full-time.
