The Opportunity: Technical Trainer (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Technical Trainer (Manufacturing) to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is central to ensuring that all training requirements for Saudi male employees are met effectively. The successful candidate will align training initiatives with specific business needs and overall Corporate Training objectives, contributing to the development of the workforce within a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning training activities to address identified skill gaps and development needs.
• Designing comprehensive training programs and modules.
• Delivering engaging and effective training sessions to employees.
• Developing new training materials and updating existing content to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor of Science (BS) qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Communications.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant training experience in a large-scale manufacturing industry, specifically in a Trainer capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in the planning, designing, delivery, and development of training activities.
• The role requires 5-10 years of overall professional experience.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge and practical experience with SAP or a similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) package.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player within a dynamic environment.
