Position Overview

Apple (KSA) is seeking a full-time Apple Channel Store Advisor to join its team in Riyadh and Al-Kharj. This role involves taking a lead position in supporting the sales, merchandising, and operations of an Apple Shop located within a partner reseller store. The Advisor acts as a leader, business manager, and influencer, driving Apple business growth within a multi-branded retail environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and foster customer relationships with the brand.
• Share in-depth knowledge of Apple products directly with customers and facilitate new product ownership.
• Provide a customer experience by showcasing Apple products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Educate customers through individual and group product demonstrations, sharing sales promotions, and encouraging Apple platform adoption.

Business Development and Merchandising

• Encourage partner staff through a forward-thinking style, technology interest, and passion for Apple.
• Train partner staff while ensuring all Apple merchandising standards are met.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are current and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Perform daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Stay updated on initiatives impacting the customer journey by leveraging curiosity for technology.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage business, and influence others.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to conduct product demonstrations.
• In-depth knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Passion for technology and the Apple brand.

Work Schedule

The work schedule for this position is based on business needs and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. This includes working evenings and weekends as required by operational demands.
