Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance Operations: Supervise maintenance and repair activities of machinery and equipment, develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, monitor equipment performance, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Team Management: Lead maintenance teams, provide guidance and training to technicians, and allocate resources based on priorities.
- Safety & Operational Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promote safe working practices, and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications:- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in mining or heavy equipment operations.
Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and repair procedures.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
