The Role: Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing)

The Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing) will play a critical role in maximizing operational business performance. This is achieved by ensuring the continuous maintenance and enhancement of world-class Business and Quality Management Systems within the manufacturing environment. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust Business and Quality Management Systems.
• Conduct and manage process auditing activities to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency and quality standards.
• Ensure the effective functioning and adherence to food safety management systems across manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with various operational teams to integrate quality assurance practices that support business performance objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Formal Internal Auditor qualification in ISO/FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.
• Formal AIB International Standards qualification.

Essential Experience and Knowledge

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and comprehensive food safety systems.
• Demonstrated experience in process auditing, quality systems management, and food safety management.
• Proven ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives effectively.

Work Environment and Compensation
