The Role of Dairy Technologist

Almarai is seeking a Dairy Technologist to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role involves providing technical support and assistance related to dairy technology within processing and manufacturing operations. The position requires involvement in projects, production activities, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for dairy technology aspects in processing and manufacturing.
• Participate in various projects related to dairy operations.
• Contribute to daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support innovation efforts within dairy technology.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for processes and products.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience for this role.

• A recognized qualification from a Dairy Training Institute (Dairy Technology Graduate).
• Extensive knowledge of high-speed packaging machinery and control systems in automated dairy or juice processing plants.
• Experience in a similar position within a dairy or food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the production of fresh and UHT products, juice, milk, and cultured milk products.
• Proficiency with Automated Process Control systems.
• Experience working effectively within a multicultural team setting.
