The Role: Senior Environmental Engineer HSE Manager

Penspen is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer HSE Manager for a full-time position based in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. This role is critical for an upcoming project, requiring a professional with a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management to ensure adherence to stringent safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing comprehensive HSE management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Providing HSE input and guidance during Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detailed design phases.
• Managing and supervising offshore contractors to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
• Ensuring full adherence to all relevant regulatory compliance requirements.
• Implementing and maintaining international safety standards across all project activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in HSE management.
• Demonstrated strong background in HSE management principles and practices.
• Experience with FEED and design processes.
• Proven capability in offshore contractor oversight.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with and ability to implement international safety standards.
