The Role

Penspen is seeking a Senior Civil / Structural Engineer (Onshore) to join its team in Al Khafji, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves providing structural engineering oversight and technical review for onshore facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide structural engineering oversight and technical review of EPC contractor deliverables for onshore facilities.
Review structural design calculations, general arrangement drawings, steel and concrete detailing, and foundation design packages for compliance with project specifications and applicable codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE, API).
Ensure structural integrity, constructability, and seismic compliance of facilities.
Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and value engineering sessions.
Provide technical support to the project management team during procurement and construction phases, including review of material submittals and structural method statements.
Monitor EPC contractor performance to ensure schedule adherence and quality of deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, specifically with onshore facilities.
Demonstrated ability to review and ensure compliance with industry codes such as ACI, AISC, ASCE, and API.
