Join Our Team as a Procurement Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Officer to join our Supply Chain Management Team at Raqtan. In this role, you will help us achieve our ambitious growth goals while working with some of the best talent in the industry in a positive and supportive environment.

Raqtan provides comprehensive commercial kitchen solutions for both hotel projects and F&B outlets across the hospitality sector. Our services encompass detailed consultation, custom kitchen design, and full engineering services. We specialize in supplying and installing complete commercial kitchen equipment packages, ensuring optimal performance with complete project management from planning to implementation.

Position Summary
As a Procurement Officer, your responsibilities will include overseeing purchases, developing new contracts, conducting cost analysis, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely material delivery. You will manage relationships with international suppliers and play a key role in cost-efficient supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers.
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
• Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 03 years of experience in procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Understanding of cost analysis principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
