The Role of Doctor

Maarif Education is seeking a dedicated Doctor to provide quality medical care for students, staff, and visitors within its school environment in Dammam. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the health and well-being of the school community, including diagnosing, educating, and treating individuals to support their ability to perform duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical counseling and health education to students and staff.
Diagnose and treat patients while strictly maintaining patient confidentiality.
Document patients' medical histories and recommend specialists as needed.
Cooperate with other medical institutions within the education sector.
Participate in health-related projects and initiatives.
Compile reports, documents, and statistics related to medical services.
Adhere to the Code of Medical Ethics, relevant laws and regulations of the Ministry of Health (MOH), and departmental procedures.
Exercise the highest possible standard of patient care, utilizing available resources effectively.
Apply clinical skills and methods appropriate to a primary care setting to analyze patient complaints and establish optimal action plans.
Assess health problems presented by patients, including taking history, conducting investigations, and providing diagnoses as appropriate.
Follow up on patients with ongoing or chronic illnesses.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the medical department.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university or equivalent.
Holding a valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region. The role involves working directly within a school setting, interacting with students, staff, and visitors.
