Excavator Sales Manager

About the Role

SANY Saudi Arabia is seeking an Excavator Sales Manager to lead and manage excavator sales activities within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Dammam. This full-time position requires a professional with significant experience in the construction machinery industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive excavator sales activities across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and key accounts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive market development and business expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to strengthen SANY’s excavator business and market presence.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on sales activities, market developments, and business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction machinery industry, with strong experience in excavator sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction equipment market, particularly the Eastern Region.

Required Skills

• Excellent sales, negotiation, customer relationship management, and business development skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging sales objectives.
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake frequent business travel and internal transfers as required.

Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role may require frequent business travel within the Eastern Region.
