About the Role

AIQU is seeking an experienced Field Services Engineer for a 12-month extendable contract. This role is primarily site-based across Saudi Arabia, with a focus on assignments within the Eastern Region, specifically Dammam. The position requires a professional with a strong background in field service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform commissioning and troubleshooting of systems.
Work with RTU and OpenEnterprise (OE) systems, including interfacing and integration.
Address hardware and software related issues in the field.
Manage networking, field instrumentation, and industrial communication protocols.
Operate across various project and site locations within KSA as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a field service engineering role.
Mandatory hands-on experience with RTU and OpenEnterprise (OE) systems.
Strong experience in commissioning and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of RTU interfacing and integration.
Strong knowledge of both hardware and software components.
Experience with networking, field instrumentation, and industrial communication protocols.
OpenEnterprise training or exposure is required.

Additional Requirements

Comfortable working across different project and site locations in KSA.
Offshore safety requirements and certifications such as BOSIET, H2S, and ODUK medical are relevant for this role.
A valid driving license is considered an advantage.
Candidates with up to 30 days' notice period will be considered.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, primarily Dammam, with assignments across various sites in KSA. The role requires regular travel to project locations.
