The Role: Fitness Equipment Technician

Active Fitness Store is seeking a Fitness Equipment Technician to join its growing team. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of various fitness equipment to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and commission commercial and home fitness equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and repair of gym equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in fitness equipment.
Conduct equipment testing and ensure proper functionality after installation.
Visit customer locations for installation and service calls.
Ensure safe handling, transportation, and installation of equipment.
Prepare service and installation reports.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for delivery and installation schedules.
Provide customers with basic guidance on equipment operation and usage.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant technical field. A foundational understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is beneficial for effective troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role involves working both independently and collaboratively, often requiring travel to various customer locations to provide on-site service and support.
