About the Role

Hays is seeking a Fund Manager Real Estate for a leading regional investment firm based in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time, senior position reports directly to the CIO and is central to the firm's alternative investment strategy. The role focuses on leading and expanding the firm's Real Estate Funds platform, shaping fund strategy, driving portfolio performance, and building investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand the firm's Real Estate Funds strategy and platform.
Identify opportunities for new funds and investment vehicles.
Oversee performance across the existing real estate investment portfolio.
Review investment recommendations prior to Investment Committee submission.
Monitor portfolio performance, diversification, and liquidity.
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, financial institutions, and developers.
Originate new fund, co-investment, and joint venture opportunities.
Ensure full alignment with regulatory and governance standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Real Estate Funds team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of relevant experience in real estate fund management. This role requires a professional capable of strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and a deep understanding of real estate investment dynamics. Experience in leading teams and managing complex portfolios is essential.

This position reports directly to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), indicating a senior-level role with significant influence on the firm's investment strategy and operations. The role involves direct collaboration with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
