About the Role

Logitera is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel, ensuring efficient HR operations and compliance with regulations. The HR Supervisor will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Ensure all job descriptions are current and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
Create and maintain an up-to-date compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys.
Investigate and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
Utilize performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
Ensure consistent application of all company HR policies.
Maintain company organization charts and the employee directory.
Maintain and optimize HR systems and processes.
Conduct performance and salary reviews.
Provide support and guidance to HR staff members.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on supervisory roles.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Strong understanding of recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations.

Required Skills
