Perfect Vision is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to our sales strategy, focusing on driving revenue growth and fostering strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients.

Role Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for achieving established sales targets by promoting Perfect Vision's products and solutions to both existing and prospective customers. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of client needs, presenting tailored proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as defined by management.
• Promote company products and solutions to current customers and actively attract new clients.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services to effectively explain them to customers.
• Analyze customer needs and requirements to present suitable solutions and proposals.
• Implement sales policies and comply with performance indicators (KPIs) for weekly, monthly, and annual evaluations.
• Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery to customers.
• Deliver impactful presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of products and services to clients.
• Manage customer accounts and provide necessary support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers through regular visits and professional engagement.
• Monitor and ensure the timely collection of invoices and receivables from customers.
• Register all sales opportunities and potential customers accurately in the CRM system and keep records updated.
• Prepare detailed reports related to customer visits, communications, and sales activities.
• Provide regular reports on market competition, pricing, and competitor offers.
• Develop strategic sales plans and identify potential market opportunities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the department.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in key account management or a related sales role. We are seeking a professional with a strong understanding of sales processes and a commitment to customer success.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales tracking and customer management.
