About the Role

Musco Lighting is seeking a Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is suitable for an accounting professional with 2-5 years of experience who can manage accounts payable activities and support financial operations within a global organization.

Role Context

The Purchase Ledger Coordinator will manage key accounts payable functions, support cash flow planning, and interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders. This position ensures accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and offers exposure to international finance and business practices, including working with multiple currencies and international entities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the accurate and timely entry of expenses, invoices, and payment journals into Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Ensure customs, duties, taxes, and other required payments are processed accurately and on schedule.
• Serve as a primary contact for accounts payable inquiries, providing support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor purchase ledger (AP) aging reports and anticipate upcoming cash requirements and supplier payments.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and support effective payment processes.
• Work across multiple currencies and international entities to ensure accurate and efficient transaction handling.
• Partner with internal departments on contracts, purchase orders, payment terms, and project status to support timely payments.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the monthly cash flow forecast.
• Collaborate with finance and business team members across the region to share knowledge and strengthen processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen financial controls.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking processes, supplier relationships, and accounts payable operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional business environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership of processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong ability to prioritize work, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues across the region and international organization.
