About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to ensuring the integrity and quality of gas turbine component repairs. The role involves conducting comprehensive quality inspections throughout the repair process, from initial receipt to final output.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during the repair of gas turbine components, covering incoming, in-process, and final stages.
• Identify nonconformances and defects in components.
• Evaluate inspection results against applicable codes, standards, and specifications.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, EHS, and company procedures.
• Act as a promoter of EHS, Quality, and compliance within the shop floor operations.

Inspection and Reporting Duties

The Quality Inspector will be responsible for executing quality inspection tasks within cell operations. This includes building knowledge across all aspects of quality in operations and inspection during the repair cycle of gas turbine components. A key part of the role involves developing expertise in writing technical reports detailing job conditions and identified defects.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a relevant quality inspection role.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) inspection methods.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Competence in using various measuring instruments for inspection purposes.
• Skill in preparing clear and concise technical reports.
