Sales Executive

About the Role

Transmed is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position focused on developing the Foodservice business by managing and growing relationships with both new and existing accounts. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction through comprehensive product knowledge, effective relationship-building, and consistent service delivery. Key accountabilities include:

• Advising existing and new customers on the company's product portfolio and providing culinary solutions.
• Attending product demonstrations and gathering customer feedback to understand buying motives and offer appropriate solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and actively seeking new customers within the assigned geography to develop business.
• Growing sales with existing customers through strong relationships and technical product consultancy.
• Collaborating with Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure high service levels post-order.
• Developing and maintaining strong, up-to-date product knowledge to advise customers on technical product details and applications.
• Ensuring all receivables and collections adhere to agreed payment and credit terms, including collecting payments from customers for cheque transactions.
