About the Role

Transmed is seeking a Sales Executive to join its Food Service division in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to developing business within the foodservice sector, focusing on both new and existing accounts.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the Foodservice business by cultivating relationships with both new and existing accounts. The position requires managing your own customer base and ensuring high customer satisfaction through comprehensive product knowledge, effective relationship-building skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise existing and new customers on the company's product portfolio and provide tailored culinary solutions.
• Attend product demonstrations and actively seek customer feedback to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers to foster business growth.
• Identify and acquire new customers across the assigned geography, developing new business opportunities.
• Grow sales with existing customers through strong relationship management and technical product consultancy.
• Collaborate effectively with Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure high service levels post-order.
• Develop and maintain strong, up-to-date product knowledge to effectively advise customers on technical details and applications.
• Ensure all receivables and collections adhere to agreed payment and credit terms.
• Collect payments from customers, particularly in cases involving cheque payments.

Qualifications and Experience
