Rawaj-HCM is recruiting for a leading company specializing in Industrial & Electrical Equipment Distribution. It serves major clients across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, Construction, and Government sectors through a nationwide branch network and technical service capabilities. The company provides comprehensive solutions across machinery, power tools, construction equipment, pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, metalworking machines, and industrial services.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive Industrial Machinery Manufacturing to join our client's team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that involves managing existing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supervising sales representatives to achieve targets. The role focuses on promoting industrial products and expanding the customer base across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support indoor and outdoor sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
Promote the company's industrial products and expand the customer base.
Execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
Conduct customer visits, prepare quotations and tenders, and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor customer credit limits, follow up on outstanding payments, and support collection activities.
Track sales performance, follow up on team progress, and support team members in closing deals.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within industrial machinery or electrical equipment distribution.
Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and develop new business.
Experience in supervising sales teams and achieving sales targets.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves both indoor and outdoor sales activities, requiring regular customer visits and coordination with various internal departments.
