Position Overview

CG Resourcing Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading building contractor in Saudi Arabia for an experienced Administrator / Quantity Surveyor BSc QS. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and involves joining a growing commercial team within the client's Operations & Maintenance and Facilities Management projects division.

Role Context

The successful candidate will operate as a Quantity Surveyor and Contract Administrator, primarily focusing on the administration and management of contracts across various Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Facilities Management projects. This position requires a strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions to support project delivery and protect commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage contracts specifically within O&M projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.
• Provide detailed contractual advice and guidance to project teams and senior management.
• Prepare and meticulously review contractual correspondence, claims, and variations.
• Support overall project delivery by proactively mitigating risks and safeguarding commercial interests.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying is a mandatory requirement; no other qualifications will be accepted.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-graduation experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Demonstrated experience working on Operations & Maintenance (O&M), refurbishment, or facilities management contracts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to applicants who have completed their studies and gained work experience in the United Kingdom, Ireland, or South Africa.
