The Opportunity: Occupational Health Specialist

Almarai is seeking an Occupational Health Specialist to join its team in Dammam. This full-time role (Job ID: 89558) is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to maintaining and enhancing employee well-being within a large-scale transport and logistics environment. The specialist will be instrumental in providing comprehensive Occupational Health (OH) solutions for the benefit of the division and the company.

Core Responsibilities

• Align, implement, and maintain an Occupational Health Service in line with divisional and group objectives.
• Perform employee and workplace health-related assessments to identify and address potential risks.
• Maintain and analyze employee Occupational Health records, producing relevant statistics and reports.
• Report and escalate occupational conditions as necessary, ensuring timely and appropriate action.
• Develop and implement Occupational Health-related training programs for managers, safety advisors, and other Almarai employees.
• Conduct health hazard identification, assessments, and surveillance of employees within their work environments.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience in Occupational Health or a related field.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within Almarai’s extensive transport and logistics operations, contributing to the health and safety of a diverse workforce across the GCC, Egypt, and Jordan.
