About the Role

Samsung E&A Saudi Arabia is seeking a Construction Engineer to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is critical for managing construction activities within complex plant EPC projects.

Role Overview

The Construction Engineer will report directly to the PMO Group Leader. This role involves overseeing field management, ensuring efficient subcontractor operations, and driving productivity. The position requires a professional with a strong background in large-scale construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LTC subcontractors and oversee Task Force organization operations.
• Implement man-hour management strategies, conduct performance measurement, and prepare detailed reports.
• Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration and maintain effective communication channels.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7 to 15 years of construction or field management experience, specifically in plant EPC projects.
• Demonstrated experience in subcontractor management and field organization operation.
• Candidates must be available to work at overseas project sites, particularly within the Middle East region.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in man-hour management, performance measurement, and reporting.
• Strong business-level English communication skills for effective coordination.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Excel, UPV, and Palantir.

Work Location and Commitment

This full-time position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to working on project sites, including potential assignments at various locations across the Middle East, to ensure successful project delivery and operational efficiency.
