Corporate Performance Manager

About the Role

SRG is seeking a Corporate Performance Manager to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves developing and overseeing performance management frameworks to align with corporate strategy and drive organizational effectiveness across diversified business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and institutionalize a group-wide performance management framework aligned with corporate strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs for SBUs, functions, and leadership roles, cascading corporate targets into operational scorecards and dashboards.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews for all subsidiaries, analyzing financial and operational results against targets, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare executive-level performance reports for senior leadership and board committees.
• Design KPI dictionaries, calculation methodologies, and reporting protocols, ensuring consistency across business units and validating data integrity.
• Identify performance gaps, recommend corrective actions, and support transformation initiatives while tracking value realization.
• Oversee implementation and utilization of performance systems (EPM, BI dashboards, ERP integrations) and drive automation of reporting and analytics.
• Partner with CEOs, GMs, and functional heads to ensure KPI alignment and accountability, facilitating performance review workshops and strategy follow-ups.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in performance management, corporate strategy, FP&A, consulting, or business analytics.
• Proven track record in designing KPIs, scorecards, and performance frameworks at a group or enterprise level.
• Experience working with multi-company structures, holding groups, or diversified organizations.
• Strong financial analysis capability, including variance analysis, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Hands-on experience with performance tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle EPM, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience presenting performance insights to senior executives or board members.
• Certifications such as CMA, CFA, PMP, Balanced Scorecard, or KPI Professional are advantageous.
