Dispatch Planner

About the Role

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. is seeking a Dispatch Planner to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position involves managing and organizing warehouse and logistics activities to ensure efficient and safe operations, adhering to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) requirements and service targets. The Dispatch Planner will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production Planners, and Customer Service Departments to monitor product availability, order dispatch timelines, and order forecasts, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.
• Support the delivery of accurate orders to Jotun customers on or before the agreed delivery date, contributing to the achievement of On Time in Full (OTIF) and Internal Delivery Performance (IDP) targets.
• Plan and organize customer order deliveries by scheduling and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery and a high level of service for Jotun customers.
• Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse by coordinating cleanliness, product standards, designated warehouse areas, and product sorting according to the established system for efficient operation.
• Report, monitor, and analyze relevant Warehouse/Logistics Key Performance Indicators and ensure adherence to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) rules and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in dispatch planning, warehouse management, or logistics coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize logistics activities effectively.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing KPIs.
• Knowledge of HSEQ requirements and 5S standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, within the Eastern Region. The role involves working closely with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
