The Role: QA / QC Electrical Engineer

alfanar Group is seeking a full-time QA / QC Electrical Engineer to join its team in Dammam. This role involves ensuring quality requirements are met and processes are effectively controlled within the defined area of work activity. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Train subordinates and build an effective team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates.
• Delegate assignments and ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain team morale.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within cost and time constraints.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve problems and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Ensure quality requirements are met, including developing effective quality control processes and specifications for products or activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
• Strong understanding of quality control and assurance processes.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing quality specifications.
