Key Responsibilities:- Provide support for Windows installation, troubleshooting, and configuration.
- Assist with printer and peripheral support and troubleshooting.
- Handle L1 & L2 service support, managing tickets and escalations.
- Demonstrate competence in various computer programs and hardware.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant IT support role.
- Strong technical support and information technology skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management practices.
- Customer service excellence with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
