F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in Dammam, Eastern region. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in the field. The F&B Service Expert is responsible for creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively offer a range of services to ensure guest satisfaction and an enjoyable experience.
• Review menus and verify information accurately.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Navigate various surfaces such as sloped, uneven, and potentially slippery areas.
• Move, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Reach high places, bend down, and perform movements requiring bending knees, turning, stretching, and stooping.
• Execute all assigned tasks effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
