About the Role

Napco National is seeking an HR Coordinator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience, providing support to the HR unit in delivering key initiatives and managing various employee-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR unit in delivering HR initiatives.
  • Create IRCs on the Fusion system and handle direct hire and daily hire employee requests, including issuing employee numbers, adjustments, terminations, and transfers.
  • Conduct employee induction programs, assign new employee Fusion accounts, ensure new employees receive necessary items, and follow up on employee probation evaluations with department managers.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to issue ID cards for new employees and integrate them into the attendance system.
  • Coordinate with Napco Learning Institute to review training and related evaluations.
  • Process employee leaves and prepare promotion prerequisites.
  • Provide admissions information to prospective and newly admitted employees, offering advice on admissions and record issues.
  • Support the HROD department in drafting various letters, including warnings, announcements, and termination notices.
  • Ensure resolution of Fusion system errors by creating tickets and coordinating with relevant parties.
  • Facilitate the services of the integration team, including issuing and delivering letters and IQAMA renewals.
  • Provide support to the employee relations unit, assisting in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Implement and follow up on motivational and well-being programs.
  • Conduct probation evaluations for all newcomers on the 6th and 11th week after recruitment to assess their performance.
  • Create new employee profiles and update current employee profiles on the HR system upon employment or status change.
  • Deactivate resigning employees’ profiles on the HR System upon termination.
  • Coordinate on-the-job training for transfers and newcomers.
  • Receive and coordinate resignation/termination requests, including EOS calculation, exit interviews, and termination/retention discussions.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field. The role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple HR tasks and coordinating with various departments and external entities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within a dynamic HR department that supports a wide range of employee lifecycle activities.
