About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are committed to maintaining production quality and operational efficiency. The role involves critical tasks related to machine operation, material handling, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Quality Inspector to ensure all products consistently meet standard finished goods specifications.
Maintain the cleanliness of the production line throughout the shift and during month-end procedures.
Accurately complete and submit the daily production report to the Production Team Leader.
Correctly set up machines and perform size changeovers as required by production needs.
Handle raw materials appropriately, including receiving, returning, and transferring them to and from the Raw Material Warehouse.
Promptly notify the Lead Operator and Line Setter of any machine-related issues or malfunctions.
Ensure all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated areas.

Safety and Environmental Compliance

Adhere to all established safety and environmental guidelines and participate actively in HSE toolbox talks.
Engage in all relevant levels of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system activities, including development, planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of experience in a relevant operational or manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of production processes and a commitment to quality and safety are essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region. The role operates within a production line environment, requiring attention to detail and adherence to operational schedules.
